About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Services Executive to join our team. As a senior sales representative, your responsibilities will include analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our products or services.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our offerings and submitting regular reports to management. Additionally, you will need to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you must be persuasive and able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Identify potential prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage all sales administration and customer service activities efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to newly-recruited sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and employee evaluations.
- Assist colleagues in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor activity and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective lead generation plans.
To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and services, as well as relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree. A master's degree is highly desirable.
