About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Assistant Marketing And Sales professional to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Marketing Plans: Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach our desired customer base.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients and responding to inquiries.
  • Sales Development: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Sales Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure we meet our targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing: A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Sales: At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Skillset
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complaints and issues.
