We are seeking a skilled API Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and ongoing support of APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, working closely with Technology teams for resolution and facilitating client communication.
  • Develop basic scripts and guides for common programming languages and tools.
  • Support the design of self-service APIs, web portals, and self-service tools.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in application support.
  • Excellent customer service skills, written and oral, ability to manage complex situations.
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting expertise (Root Cause Analysis, Troubleshooting and Diagnostics).
  • Knowledge and/or experience with RESTful APIs (HTTP methods, OData).
