Job Title: Senior Consultant Insights

This role involves independently designing research projects, executing tracking dips for key accounts and resolving client queries with minimal supervision from the line manager.

About the Position
  • Coordinate with clients to gather inputs required to update questionnaires.
  • Work with clients to finalize bilingual questionnaires and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Project Management teams to develop and finalize English & Urdu scripts.
  • Prepare field Master Kit documents in coordination with Project Management teams.
  • Conduct Master Briefing Sessions to train field teams.
  • Supervise Interviewer Briefing & Mock sessions and Fieldwork Execution.
  • Address queries raised by Project Management Teams, Field Teams & other functions.
  • Monitor Quality Control Procedures & Outputs with Project Management teams.
  • Ensure projects are conducted as per protocols & client expectations.
  • Deliver projects within committed timelines.
  • Develop analysis plans in coordination with Project Management teams.
  • Finalize data files with Project Management teams.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business questions & requirements.
  • Present project reports containing research findings.
  • Communicate with clients on report feedback and finalization.
  • Foster healthy working relationships with clients.
  • Understand industry dynamics & client business.
  • Interact with various team members in the client team & communicate/coordinate accordingly.
  • Handle simple client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs.
  • Escalate complex client queries to seniors for resolution.
