Research and Evaluation Coordinator Opportunity


A prominent organization is seeking a highly skilled Research and Evaluation Coordinator to play a key role in leading the planning and implementation of ongoing research studies, including oversight of fieldwork, quality assurance, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the drafting of research outputs, including manuscripts, abstracts, policy briefs, and learning products.
  • Contribute to logical framework development, theories of change, and evidence-based conceptualization.
  • Provide high-level grant writing support by leading literature reviews, drafting indicators, and contributing to donor proposals.
  • Develop and refine data collection tools for needs assessments, evaluations, and monitoring studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, monitoring and evaluation, and will be able to conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis and synthesize findings for strategic learning and donor engagement. They will also possess strong documentation and record-keeping skills, as well as a familiarity with designing research studies and developing data collection tools.
