About the Role:

Export Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective export strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement export strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new markets and potential customers, and build strong business relationships to increase exports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment of goods.
  • Manage the complete export documentation process, including required permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective export strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify new markets and potential customers, and build strong business relationships to increase exports.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment of goods.
  4. Manage the complete export documentation process, including required permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Export Sales Manager in the Textiles industry, preferably with knowledge of Towel, Kitchen Towel, Made Ups, and Bed Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and achieve desired export outcomes.
