
Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt response times.
- Maintain front desk security procedures, including access control measures.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms efficiently.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry accurately.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Assist HR/Admin with onboarding visitors or new employees smoothly.
- Provide general information to clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with office phone systems or CRM tools would be an advantage.
- A basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures would be beneficial.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused approach are highly valued.
