Machine Learning Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying ML solutions in real-world settings.

About the Role

You will work closely with product teams and software engineers to build scalable ML systems that drive impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into ML solutions.
  • Owning the entire ML pipeline — from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Continuously optimizing model performance, ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.
  • Maintaining and improving existing ML pipelines and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing efficient machine learning algorithms.
  • Developing and deploying scalable ML models in production environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective ML solutions.
  • Evaluating and optimizing ML model performance.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging ML trends and technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Skilled in handling large datasets and using data processing tools like Pandas or Spark.
