Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tasks and initiatives that contribute to the successful operation of our department and the organization as a whole.
  • Collaborate with team members to effectively execute projects, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide insightful recommendations and support decision-making processes.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and keep them informed about project progress.
  • Maintain and update documentation and reports to reflect current projects and initiatives while ensuring accessibility for future reference.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster a creative and productive working environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Manage the AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, scalability, cost efficiency, and robust security.
  • Ensure SLAs and performance metrics are met across all managed services and vendors.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulators and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technology operations with business goals and support new deployments.
  • Oversee incident management processes, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation, including system configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance activities, ensuring timely closure of findings.
