**Payroll Processing Expert**

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Processing Expert to handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and efficient payment of employees, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees, adhering to set timelines and deadlines
  • Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
  • Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documents
  • Submit statutory deductions on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and disseminate payroll reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly, providing excellent customer service
  • Evaluate and enforce adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
  • Foster collaboration with the HR and Finance teams to guarantee data integrity and accurate record-keeping
  • Guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive payroll and personnel information

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing or a similar role
  • In-depth understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and taxation rules
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
