Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Strategic Director to lead and direct the successful execution of projects within our Professional Service department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive business growth and deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

The Strategic Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve project objectives, managing and planning all activities in the Professional Service department, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

In addition, the Strategic Director will coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless project delivery, frequently visit clients to achieve client satisfaction, understand and manage expectations to meet client requirements, and pre-approve work effort estimations in terms of time and cost.

Key responsibilities also include developing schedules for effective resource management, team managing work integration, controlling quality by managing deliverables completion to defined expectations, and managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits.

The Strategic Director will also be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need 7-8 years of experience in project management in a related field, previous experience in cooperating with CTO/higher management for project delivery, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
