Procurement Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and quality standards, aligning with the company's objectives.
- Cycle Management: Oversee the entire procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and purchase order processing.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
Administration Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Supervise administrative staff and oversee office management functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facilities and Supplies: Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment procurement.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies related to administration and procurement.
- Procedure Development: Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, licenses, and legal documents.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to support operational and administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and administration roles.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant legal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPP, CPSM).
- Experience working in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
