Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-founder to lead either Operations or Digital Marketing at our pioneering education job platform. This is an exceptional chance for someone who wants to build something meaningful in Pakistan's edtech space.

About the Role:

This full-time, equity-based partnership position requires strong communication skills to engage with educators and institutional leaders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations (CRM, process building) or digital marketing (growth hacking, performance ads). A passion for education/edtech is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day platform operations and user experience
  • Oversee CRM systems and ensure seamless communication between educators and institutes
  • Handle customer support and gather valuable user feedback
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions (education sector experience a plus)

For Digital Marketing-Focused Candidates:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)
  • Run targeted ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) to drive user acquisition
  • Create compelling content to attract both educators and institutions
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI
