Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual sales plan for overseas markets, managing agents and customers in each market, and ensuring the smooth development of overseas sales as planned.

  1. Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets set by the company.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop and implement brand management plans to maintain and enhance the company's image.
  4. Expand business into new markets through negotiation, quotation making, contract signing, customer maintenance, and tracking.
  5. Manage payment processing, order reviews, and risk control measures to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Prioritize customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and providing services to meet their needs.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive business growth and expansion.

Sales Strategy and Operations

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's sales direction, leveraging local e-commerce platforms, website promotion, product releases, and order tracking to drive sales growth.

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in the textile industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the textile industry or automatic machinery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu languages.
  • Previous employment in a Chinese company is preferred but not required.
