Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Finance Manager in driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

This position is responsible for preparing financial reports and analysis for presentation to the executive team, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.

In addition, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will support the implementation of financial controls and compliance measures, perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and assist in cash flow management and liquidity planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Manager in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for presentation to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Support the implementation of financial controls and compliance measures.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Assist in cash flow management and liquidity planning.
Requirements:
  • MBA Finance or ACCA/ACA qualification.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
