Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership on cost optimization, revenue growth, and financial performance improvement.
  • Monitor departmental budgets to ensure alignment with allocated resources.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, presentations, and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models for new projects, business expansions, and investment decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all budgeting and reporting activities.
  • Stay updated on industry benchmarks, economic trends, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and other key performance indicators.
