Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and finalizing statutory adjustments and compiling CAR reports;
  • Preparing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory accounts in accordance with IFRS;
  • Coordinating external and tax audits;
  • Preparing commentary for balance sheets and reporting to senior management on a monthly basis;
  • Reviewing income tax returns and dealing with tax consultants and authorities;
  • Preparing hard and soft close for tax in LongView;
  • Reviewing income tax workings;
  • Finalizing monthly accruals in coordination with different departments;
  • Reviewing all joint ventures booked by the GL team;
  • Preparing commentary, ratios, and analysis for the board;
  • Reviewing audit committee presentations and analysis;
  • Preparing entity plans and gathering necessary information.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / MBA or equivalent qualification;
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and taxation;
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and local tax laws;
  • Experience with audit coordination and financial systems.
