Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage partnerships and develop community programs that drive impact.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience building and leading partnerships with various stakeholders.
  • They will be responsible for designing and executing community programs, unlocking insights from the community's needs, and establishing strategic partnerships.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a creative approach to developing innovative solutions. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Lead and other colleagues across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in partnership management and community development.
  • Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
