Senior Business Development Executive

Job Title:
Key Responsibilities:- The Marketing Strategy aligns with the Company's vision and client portfolios.
- Deliver individual financial targets as defined within the annual goals.
- Provide weekly sales forecasts, input to country plans (market strategies) and 1 year rolling forecasts to the Business Unit Manager.
- Develop and support a dedicated client base.
- Manage and monitor key client activity through a defined Client Management Process, to ensure that client needs and expectations are met and developed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, and non-clients selling products and services designed for this target market.
- Sell, deliver, and implement full range of products and services maximising client value and ROI, leveraging internal systems and data streams.
- Maximise client value by providing total solutions to their business needs by introducing colleagues and their services from other departments.
- Participate in and manage merchandising projects, working with sub-groups when appropriate.
- Contribute to larger international consulting projects through sub-teams on a geographical basis, if needed.
- Deliver client training courses on applications from entry to medium/high level (including basics, reporting, and analysis).
- Cover client support, and participate in various client- and market events (including user-groups, open training days, conferences etc).
- Incorporate services from other departments to provide clients with total solutions to their business needs.
- Actively coach junior team members.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles.
- Knowledge of product offerings.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Working Hours: Standard office hours, with flexibility to work extended hours as required.
Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan
