Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team and drive business growth through exceptional customer service, process improvements, and strategic vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international supply chain management, freight forwarding, and ocean air freight operations. They will be responsible for developing and managing vendor relationships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing operational insights to support product pricing strategy.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in international supply chain management & freight forwarding.
  • Excellent understanding of Ocean Freight & Air Freight operations, principles of Freight Forwarding & Shipping.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, project management experience, and business acumen are required. Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a result and solution-oriented mindset, are essential for success in this role.
