  • We are looking for a skilled creator partnerships manager to build and manage pipelines of influencers & creators across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate influencers and content creators on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform.
  • Develop incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators.
  • Guide creators through the activation process and ensure seamless campaign launches.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Content/Creative team to deliver high-quality assets for creators.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • A proven track record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, comfortable communicating via email, calls, or direct messages.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset, prioritizing performance over vanity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essential for building strong creator relationships.
