We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit our company culture.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to optimize our sourcing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and talent mapping.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
