Talent Acquisition Manager

A senior-level role that supports the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless approvals and communication throughout the process.
  • Key responsibilities include drafting advertisements, maintaining communication with candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing personal files and maintaining recruitment records for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in talent acquisition at reputable organizations.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized University.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, stakeholders, and management.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes, including recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Selectee will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
