As an Administrative and Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for managing financial records, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the finance team.

Key Tasks

  1. Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  2. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

  3. Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.

  4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth internal operations and effective communication.

  5. Monitor expenses and process invoices promptly.

  6. Prepare financial documents, presentations, and business correspondence.

  7. Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in financial and administrative records.

  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

  9. Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency in administrative and financial tasks.

  10. Provide support to the finance team during audits and other financial activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration and finance roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
