Job Title: Sales Manager– US Market Experience

Shift: Night

Timing: 6:30PM - 3:30AM

Reports to: Brand Director(s)

Overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets for various SLP enterprises. This role requires a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the business and its customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team success.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales goals, develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities through research.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Deep understanding of the industries we serve and best practices.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in fuel distribution and convenience store industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
Salary and Benefits:

PKR 250,000 base salary plus pick and drop, PF, and health insurance.
