Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Solar Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
About the Role:This role involves conducting field visits to generate new leads, present solar energy solutions, and convert prospects into customers. You will educate customers on the benefits of solar systems and available products/services tailored to their energy needs. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers is essential to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and promote solar energy solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of solar systems, including cost savings and environmental benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful installation and after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Minimum Education: Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate)
- Experience: 1–2 years in field sales, preferably in the solar or energy sectors
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems
- High level of self-motivation and resilience
- Fully paid training for solar energy knowledge
