Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
· Maintain and update employee payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.
· Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant information.
· Ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (e.g., income tax, docks, deductions)
· Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal departments and external agencies.
· Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
· Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and proper recordkeeping.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and personnel information.
Qualification and Experience:
· Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and tax regulations.
· Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP, QuickBooks).
· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
· Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred).
