We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our team in Jhelum. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing exceptional support to our operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between our headquarters, regional offices, on-board drivers, and staff. They will also assist the Operations Head with task coordination and maintain databases on a daily basis, including finances, reservation records, and contact lists of all on-board drivers and their emergency contacts.

Additionally, they will tag assigned jobs with driver details properly in software, continuously follow up with drivers regarding pick-up status, monitor status updates before, during, and after rides, and coordinate flights when necessary. They will also look for well-priced jobs on partner dashboards and engage in internal and external communication with the team and partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an office assistant or in a related field, possess good understanding of MS Office, and excel in written and verbal communication. They should be flexible, able to work under pressure, and have moderate knowledge of research and database management.
