Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Marketing Specialist to spearhead annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and IMC plans while ensuring sufficiency and efficiency to contribute to the achievement of brand goals.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver 360° marketing campaigns. You will research and analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include creating and delivering category-specific marketing strategies for each product/launch, managing marketing budgets, analyzing marketing and financial reporting, and measuring campaigns/strategies to report ROI.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying category trends and leading research plans to uncover unmet consumer needs to fuel brand growth.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
