Area Manager

The Area Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
To develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Lead and Manage Teams
Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams of Territory Managers, who are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. - Monitor and Analyze Performance
Regularly review sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continued business growth. - Cultivate Customer Relationships
Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. - Manage Budgets and Resources
Oversee budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets, while driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements
Education
Minimum bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
Experience
At least 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Skills
Proven ability to formulate and communicate strategic vision, excellent people management capabilities, ability to negotiate in complex circumstances, possesses strong bias for action.
