We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stages and types of IT initiatives are successfully executed from proposal to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple parallel projects using formal project planning techniques
  • Design, development, and delivery of effective business applications
  • Unravel, define, and document complex business requirements and processes, evaluate options, and implement solutions
  • Lead design sessions and review sessions with technical and business staff, including management levels
  • Work with marketing and sales teams
  • Direct daily operations, analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures

The ideal candidate will have strong business analyst, application design, and project management skills, as well as experience in developing complex Web Applications and knowledge of the insurance industry.

Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of work experience, with 4 years of Project Management experience required
  • Technical knowledge of ASP.Net /VB.net/SQL server 2000/2005, with C# as an added advantage
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and excellent English writing and speaking skills
