Job Title: Senior Business Operations SpecialistOverview of the Job

The World Food Programme (WFP) seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Business Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for providing critical business support services to senior leadership, focusing on strategy development, executive coordination, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strategic support to senior leaders, including Country Director and Deputy Country Directors, on key initiatives, projects, and meetings.
  • Coordinating high-level meetings, events, and missions, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing complex workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of business support services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or relevant field preferred.
  • At least six years of experience in senior-level business operations roles, preferably in international organizations or NGOs.
  • Proven track record of success in coordinating complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in diverse teams and environments.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
