Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative lead qualification professional to support our clients. This role requires discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to qualify and route inbound leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
  • Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  • Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
  • Consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
Role Details
  • Regions Covered: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC (APAC primarily email-based outreach)
  • Must-have: international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
