Customer Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple regions.

About the Role

  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
  • Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  • Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
