Position: Lead Specialist

Location: On-site - Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi Job Type: Full-time

Timings: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing company seeking a motivated Lead Specialist to manage and nurture leads through consistent communication via calls and emails, while leveraging Al tools to boost productivity and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:


• Communicate with potential and existing clients through calls and email correspondence (back-and-forth follow-ups).


• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and online research.


• Utilize Al-powered tools for lead scoring, email drafting, and data analysis.


• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data.


• Follow up promptly to convert leads into opportunities.


• Coordinate with the sales team for proposal preparation.


• Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.

Requirements:


• Minimum 1-2 years of call center or telesales experience.


• Strong communication skills (phone and email etiquette).


• Experience with Al-based tools for sales, marketing, or research.


• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.


• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
