Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Support Specialist located in Islamabad. The Inbound Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and assisting with troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, analyzing problems, and ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction and support the overall operations of the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Islamabad
- Previous experience in a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
