Job Title: Senior Operations Director

Location: Karachi Division

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage employee disciplinary actions in line with company policies and regulations.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve employee conduct and investigation matters.
    • Support inquiry officers and the legal team in disciplinary cases.
    • Analyze reports and recommend suitable actions to senior management.
    • Oversee case databases and coordinate updates with the legal department.
    • Review drafts for charge sheets, show cause notices, and final orders related to disciplinary proceedings.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on employee disciplinary cases and investigations.
    • Provide support in resolving ongoing litigation with third-party or contractual employees.
  • Qualifications:
    • A master's degree in business administration with at least 6 years of relevant experience or a master's degree in public administration with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Prior experience in human resources is advantageous.
