We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAAS Business Development Manager to join our team for our SAAS based product; Simplicant. This role is critical for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Growth: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through active inbound, outbound, and marketing efforts.
  3. Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction levels among new clients.
  4. Performance Updates: Provide regular updates on business performance and market trends.
  5. Upselling Opportunities: Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase revenue and enhance client value.
  6. Client Relationships: Nurture key client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement client steering and growth strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client value.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
  3. Sales Principles: Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
