**Unlock Your Potential as a SAAS Business Development Manager**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAAS Business Development Manager to join our team for our SAAS based product; Simplicant. This role is critical for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Growth: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through active inbound, outbound, and marketing efforts.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction levels among new clients.
- Performance Updates: Provide regular updates on business performance and market trends.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase revenue and enhance client value.
- Client Relationships: Nurture key client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement client steering and growth strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
- Sales Principles: Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
