SaaS Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Automation Expert to join our team in the night shift. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads into paying customers using our digital marketing, SaaS, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Establish connections with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Nurturing & Follow-ups: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Proposal & Pitching: Develop compelling proposals and pitches to win new business.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or automation industries).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools is a plus.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a night shift environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
