SaaS Account Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving cross-sell and renewal targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations and identify opportunities to increase revenue and retain existing business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within our CRM database.
- Prioritize and manage a territory to achieve renewal and cross-sell targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience.
- Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology products and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a territory and deliver results in a SaaS or subscription-based sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Ability to ask probing questions and offer consultative solutions that maximize client value.
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, tools, and techniques, with experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
