Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills and experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create customer-focused designs and market-leading user experiences through comprehensive end-user and market research.
  2. Develop and present new ideas to internal and external stakeholders, identifying product gaps and generating innovative solutions.
  3. Design scalable and maintainable design systems that align with evolving brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user needs.
  4. Work closely with customers to understand their design requirements and collaborate with Product Managers to deliver high-quality designs.
  5. Utilize industry-standard design tools to create high-fidelity app designs and supporting assets.
Requirements
  1. A strong portfolio on Dribbble or Behance demonstrating user-centered UX/UI Mobile/Web-based design skills.
  2. At least 2-3 product designs in Figma that have been successfully rolled out into production.
  3. Clear understanding of UX design systems, patterns, layouts, and UX problem-solving.
  4. Proficiency with design tools including Figma, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  6. Familiarity with SaaS Products SDLC and SRLC.
