Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and acknowledge customer complaints.
  2. Keep customers informed throughout the complaint process.
  3. Liaise with the Complaints Manager to update and manage complaints processes.
  4. Capture, investigate, and document accurate information.
  5. Investigate complaints objectively according to company policies and sector requirements.
  6. Liaise with internal staff, customers, and compliance teams.
  7. Communicate outcomes to customers.
  8. Analyse customer feedback and provide responses.
  9. Maintain high customer service standards at all times.

Qualification and Experience:

  1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service or quality/complaints roles.
  2. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Highly organised problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing job requirements through training.
  5. Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Work Details:

Work from Office. Shift Time: 10am-7pm. Location: DHA Sector F Rwp. Market Competitive Salary.
