Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimization & SEO: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.
  • Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyse, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
  • Competitive Strategy: Continuously monitor and analyse competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs.
