Digital Content Manager

As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing YouTube channels by utilizing expertise in YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices. With 4+ years of proven experience, you will develop comprehensive content strategies that align with channel and audience needs.

  1. Content Development: Develop high-quality video content and artwork that meet brand strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes creating engaging titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates and search engine optimization (SEO).
  2. Optimization & SEO: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to increase visibility and engagement on the platform. This includes leveraging advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance. Make data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly and refine channel management strategies.
  4. Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Use insights to refine creative strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  5. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure continued growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools, with a deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable growth strategies.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to learn.
