We are looking for a highly experienced Strategic Sales and Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in the courier and logistics industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Job Summary:The Strategic Sales and Business Development Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding process.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a strong background in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a tech oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
