Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage and optimize the recruitment funnel to meet performance metrics.
  3. Align all recruitment processes with organizational standards and quality expectations.
  4. Ensure candidate quality while optimizing cost-effectiveness.

Marketing Efforts:

  • Oversee creation of compelling content to engage potential candidates.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events.
  • Develop and manage referral programs leveraging employee networks.

Cost Management and ROI Optimization:

  • Take strategic initiatives to control candidate acquisition costs.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of different recruitment channels.
  • Prepare and manage the recruitment marketing budget efficiently.

Data Governance and Analysis:

  • Establish data governance policies for recruitment data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with training teams for seamless candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Product Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in high-growth or start-up environments.
