
Help Desk Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?
This role involves providing support to clients via live chat, telephone, and email, ensuring their satisfaction with our software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing remote training to customers on our software and following up to ensure they're using it effectively.
- Addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Researching and resolving customer issues and reporting customer requests to the development team.
Requirements for this role include:
Essential Skills- 2-3 years of experience in client communication or a related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience of customer interaction via Live Chat, Email & Call.
- Demonstrated experience using standard office software and web-based technologies.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Shift Time: 7 pm to 4 am (Pakistan Time).
