Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Build strong relationships with existing distributors and identify new market opportunities through regular visits and market analysis.
  • Oversee brand development in assigned territories and ensure timely registration with relevant health authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of product registrations, sales data, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and execute campaigns that meet regional requirements.
  • Monitor market prices, analyze cost structures, and optimize profit margins to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data to inform annual sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage selling expenses budgets and evaluate expenditure effectiveness.
  • Foster compliance with company credit and trading policies while managing outstanding receivables.
  • Propose new products or line extensions based on market analysis and feedback from distributors and customers.
  • Pursue new country registrations and explore export opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Ensure timely shipment documentation and coordinate logistics with freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
