Responsible for primary and secondary sales management. Effective management of distribution by maximizing ROI, minimizing costs, and better utilization of resources. Maintaining a good product mix of Diapers & Napkin categories ensuring the highest gross margins nationally. Execution of marketing plans and activation. Effective placement of POS in the relevant place. Identifying branding opportunities in the area. Development of new business. Development and execution of vending business. Ensure regular service to customers. Ensuring proper coverage (numeric as well as weighted) in distributor town. Relationship building with managers, dealers, and purchase managers. Maintaining a good product mix of all household categories ensuring the highest gross margins nationally. Relationship management/key accounts. Managing an area team with sales personnel as direct reports. To increase the active number of customers in the territories. To obtain regular market feedback.
Job SpecificationProficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel. Presentable attire. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
