Workforce Analyst Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Analyst to contribute to shaping strategic HR decisions through data-driven insights focused on workforce trends, planning, and data integrity within the textile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret workforce data specific to the textile/manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on key HR metrics.
  • Support workforce planning and labor forecasting aligned with production cycles.
  • Identify trends and propose actionable recommendations to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across platforms.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and department heads to align workforce capabilities with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel for workforce reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation.
  • Experience in HR analytics, ideally within the textile or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in HR analytics or workforce data roles, preferably in textile/manufacturing organizations.
